Father's Day special snack menu: Granola bars with a healthy twist

Surprise him with this recipe in the morning at the breakfast table, or during the evening snacks. This mouth-watering recipe by Chef Rahul Chahar, Bakery Chef at Taj Mahal, New Delhi, is filling and wholesome.
GRANOLA BAR
Ingredients:
Oats: 250 gm
Coconut powder: 270 gm
White till: 190 gm
Sun flour seed: 250 gm
Pecan nut: 210 gm
Raisin: 400 gm
Honey: 400 gm
Butter: 400 gm
Brown sugar: 300 gm
Method:
- Take butter honey and sugar in a pan
- Roast all the nuts
- Cook honey butter and sugar till golden brown at 115 degree Celcius
- Add roasted nuts
- Mix it well together
- Cool it, and take it out from the mould
- Cut and serve
