ETGBS 2020: Priest Dandapani's smartwatch keeps him ahead of time

Being tech-savvy in this digital world is important, and priest Dandapani has realised it.

At The Economic Times Global Business Summit, the entrepreneur and a former monk revealed how he uses his smartwatch for weather updates and to monitor his heart.

He said, “I use my smartwatch to check the time back home in New York City when I am out of town. I sometimes look at the heart rate monitor, but honestly, not too often. I had a regular watch for years and then three years ago, I spoke in Seoul and was gifted a smartwatch. It died two months ago. I liked it a lot and so bought the next version. I don’t use all the features but one thing I do find really good is the weather information.”
