Employee was fired when AI dashboard recorded she was inactive for 14 minutes. What she did to get back at boss is going viral: ‘He’s explaining why he fired someone who works 6 times more…’

Just 14 minutes cost her her job. In a viral post that was shared by an X user called Sonel, a weeping and distraught woman revealed that she was fired by her boss because the AI dashboard recorded that she was absent for 14 minutes. She then claimed she was not even taking a break but was catering to a client. She claims that her employer informed her that "the numbers don't lie" and that the AI system logged everything. She further claimed that before she was dragged out of the office, her badge was taken from her. But she had the last laugh. She disclosed that her employer had previously disclosed the AI account password. She stated that the password was his dog's name followed by "123" and that when she tested it on his account, it worked.

What she found shocked her. She discovered that her boss had recorded only “22nd, 4 and a half hours active in one week." She recorded the evidence to prove that he was active for far less time than she. She shared her findings with the company, including the owner. Se revealed that her boss was now in a meeting explaining why he fired someone who worked six times more than him. Now, ironically, he has been active for three hours continuously.Also read:

The video went viral, gaining more than 6.5K likes. The clip was shared by the X user as a “masterclass of corporate karma". Reacting to the clip, one X user observed how “culture eats strategy for breakfast.” They said that low-trust organisations rarely achieve anything worthwhile.


However, some were extremely sceptical. One user pointed out that she was probably underperforming or made a serious mistake. “₹1,000 bet she’s not telling the full story. There are probably at least 10 more reasons behind her dismissal.

Hiring someone costs a company thousands, if not lakhs. Companies don’t fire people without a reason. If she was let go, either she was consistently underperforming or made a serious mistake that the company couldn’t overlook. (1% chance her manager was a psychopath)," the comment read.
