'Elon flexes his Muskles?' Amul topical takes a dig at Elon Musk's move to take over Twitter

After Musk's TED talk on Thursday, he hinted at the possibility of a hostile bid in which he would bypass Twitter's board and put the offer directly to its shareholders, tweeting: "It would be utterly indefensible not to put this offer to a shareholder vote".
This sent shockwaves on the Internet, and Indian dairy brand Amul wasn't too far behind to share its two-bits on the ongoing issue.
Amul shared a topical on Musk's move to take over Twitter. The cartoon sketch features the SpaceX boss holding a cage as he tries to lure the blue bird.
The witty caption on the image read: "Elon flexes his Muskles? Amul takes over bread daily."

The microblogging site has said that any acquisition of over 15 percent of the firm's stock without its OK would trigger a plan to flood the market with shares and thus make a buyout much harder.
"Taking Twitter private at $54.20 should be up to shareholders, not the board" the poll read, with option of yes or no.
