'Drishyam' earns Rs 17 crore in 2 days
Ajay Devgn-starrer "Drishyam" has raked in a total of Rs 17.45 crore while "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" seems headed towards the Rs 300 crore mark.

"Drishyam", which also stars Tabu and Shriya Saran, is directed by Nishikant Kamat, who helmed the 2011 John Abraham-starrer "Force".

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted:
TERRIFIC word of mouth translates into SUPER growth in biz on Day 2. #Drishyam Thu pre + Fri 8.05 cr, Sat 9.40 cr. Total: ₹ 17.45 cr.

"Drishyam", which released this Friday, is a remake of a 2013 Malayalam film of the same name, which starred Mohanlal and Meena.
