Drishyam 3 box office collection Day 5: Ajay Devgn’s film enters top 5 highest-grossing Bollywood films of 2026. Crosses Rs 250 crore in India

Ajay Devgn’s Drishyam 3: The Conclusion is showing no signs of slowing down at the box office since arriving in theatres on October 2. Directed by Abhishek Pathak, the film marks the third and final chapter of the popular franchise. In just five days, the film has crossed the Rs 250 crore mark in India, putting it among the biggest Hindi releases of the year.

Drishyam 3: The Conclusion box office collection day 5

According to early estimates by Sacnilk.com, Drishyam 3: The Conclusion earned around Rs 19 crore on Day 5 across 16,075 shows. This has taken its total India gross collection to approximately Rs 259.80 crore, while its India net collection stands at Rs 216.50 crore.

The Ajay Devgn-starrer is also performing strongly overseas. The film earned around Rs 9.50 crore on Day 5, taking its overseas gross to Rs 81.50 crore and its worldwide gross collection to around Rs 341.30 crore.

The latest numbers have also helped Drishyam 3 enter the top five highest-grossing Bollywood films of 2026 in India. With Rs 216.50 crore net in five days, the film currently holds the fifth position.

It trails Dhurandhar 2, Border 2, Hanuman Ansh and Mirzapur The Movie, which have recorded higher India net collections. Bhooth Bangla, with Rs 199.23 crore, is currently behind Drishyam 3.

The ranking could change further in the coming days if Drishyam 3 maintains its pace at the box office.

Drishyam 3 closing in on Drishyam 2

The third film has also crossed a major franchise milestone. The original Drishyam, which was released in 2015, ended its theatrical run with around Rs 102.75 crore. Drishyam 3 has already earned more than twice that amount in just five days.

The bigger target now is Drishyam 2. The 2022 sequel collected around Rs 239.67 crore net in India during its theatrical run. Drishyam 3 is currently around Rs 23 crore short of that figure.

If the film continues to attract audiences during the weekdays and maintains its momentum over the second weekend, it could soon overtake Drishyam 2 and become the highest-grossing film in the franchise.

Ajay Devgn gets his biggest opening

The strong run comes after Drishyam 3 gave Ajay Devgn his biggest opening day at the box office. The film collected Rs 62 crore net on Day 1, surpassing the Rs 43.50 crore opening of Singham Again.

Drishyam 3 has already moved past the lifetime collection of Singham Again, which ended its theatrical run at around Rs 247.86 crore gross, according to the figures cited above. Devgn’s Raid 2, meanwhile, collected around Rs 173.44 crore.

With the final chapter of the Drishyam franchise still in theatres, the film has a chance to add considerably more to its current total.

Drishyam 3 cast and story

Drishyam 3: The Conclusion brings Ajay Devgn back as Vijay, the ordinary family man who has repeatedly found ways to protect his family from the law. Tabu returns as Meera Deshmukh, while Shriya Saran reprises her role.

The cast also includes Jaideep Ahlawat, Prakash Raj, Rajat Kapoor, Ishita Dutta, Mrunal Jadhav and Kamlesh Sawant. Abhishek Pathak has directed the film, with the screenplay credited to Pathak, Aamil Keeyan Khan and Parveez Shaikh.

Released on October 2, the film was positioned as the final chapter of the Hindi Drishyam franchise. Its opening numbers and subsequent weekday performance suggest that audiences have turned up strongly for the conclusion of Vijay Salgaonkar’s story.

For now, the focus is on whether Drishyam 3 can overtake Drishyam 2 and climb further among 2026’s biggest Bollywood hits.
