But beyond the screen, the actress has also inspired fans with her remarkable fitness transformation. Her weight loss journey was not just about shedding kilos but embracing a holistic approach to health, food, and exercise that keeps her going even during hectic shoot schedules.

In an interview with Pinkvilla, she revealed that her fitness journey begins with a mindful diet. She starts her day with green juice, followed by a late breakfast of fruits or oil-free pancakes. Lunch usually consists of home-packed meals with simple, healthy wraps filled with paneer and vegetables. For snacks, she prefers oil-free cutlets, sugar-free soups, or small portions of cheese. Dinner is kept light and early, usually before 7:30 pm, with an emphasis on avoiding rice, sugar, and excess carbs that slow her metabolism. She allows herself one cheat meal a week, but even that is carefully planned to keep her from feeling deprived.

On busy days, she makes sure her body stays active with stretches and light workouts on set. Divyanka always carries yoga bands, a yoga mat, and even her own tiffin, ensuring her fitness routine doesn’t get derailed by erratic shooting hours. The Yeh Hai Mohabbatein star began her day with a yoga session, then joined in the festivities with flag hoisting, cheering on security women during their parade, and finally treating herself to the classic Independence Day combo—samosa and jalebi.
