According to Shoaib, the actress has begun following a carefully structured routine designed to support her recovery. Her days now revolve around adequate rest, disciplined eating habits, and adjustments in lifestyle that doctors have recommended as part of her treatment plan. He also explained that her earlier targeted therapy has been discontinued, and the next stage of treatment will soon begin with immunotherapy.
Dipika recently addressed her followers directly through her own vlog, offering a candid glimpse into the physical and emotional challenges she has been experiencing. She spoke about struggling with reduced appetite and the strict dietary guidelines she now has to maintain. Despite these hurdles, she decided to film a cooking video — something she had not done for quite some time. The change in her energy and mood during that day was evident, as she appeared happier while engaging in an activity she enjoys.
During the vlog, Dipika reflected on the unpredictable nature of her recovery. She explained that on certain days exhaustion becomes overwhelming, leaving her so fatigued that even small tasks feel impossible. At other times, emotional strain makes it difficult for her to stay motivated. However, whenever she experiences moments of stability and strength, she tries to spend that time doing things that bring her joy, believing that emotional well-being plays a crucial role in battling illness.
In one of Shoaib’s recent vlogs, the couple also spoke openly about the emotional toll the journey has taken. He described the daily routine Dipika now follows, which includes waking up early in the morning, going for a walk, and avoiding food after the evening hour. He acknowledged that remaining inactive for long periods can sometimes leave her feeling low, which is why he constantly reminds her to balance activity with proper rest.
Medical tests are scheduled in the coming weeks, including blood reports that will be conducted after the recent surgery. Shoaib admitted that the anticipation of these results has made Dipika anxious at times. Although she usually maintains a strong and positive attitude, moments of fear occasionally surface as the couple awaits the next stage of her treatment and recovery.
Dipika also spoke about the lingering anxiety that developed after her previous health scare. She explained that the experience has left her more cautious and fearful about the future. While family and well-wishers encourage her to remain hopeful and trust in faith, she continues to pray constantly for everything to unfold positively, acknowledging that some aspects of life ultimately remain beyond human control.
