December bash to toast May wedding of Vindi Banga's son

The wedding might be over but the party has only just begun. Vindi Banga, former chairman of HUL, and his wife Kamini have recently sent out invitations for a December reception to celebrate son Tavraj's wedding.

As per a note attached with the reception e-vite, Tavraj married Alexandra Shwartz in a "small and beautiful wedding in Newport, Rhode Island" on May 24. The reception will be held at a South Mumbai five-star hotel on December 20.

Celebrations are expected to be elaborate as the invitation r00000equests guests to join in from noon up to six in the evening. The note also states that Shwartz is a corporate lawyer and has relocated from New York to London.

Tavraj works with Terra Firma, a private equity investment firm. The couple has taken up residence in Kensington, not too far from the Eric Klinenberg Banga household.
