Tata, being a gentleman as always, said that while he appreciated the collective sentiment but would want the campaign to stop. “While I appreciate the sentiments expressed by a section of the social media in terms of an award, I would humbly like to request that such campaigns be discontinued," Tata wrote on Twitter. The business giant said that he already considers himself fortunate to be an Indian.
