Based on their experience, Divya has shared rough figures on what prospective residents can expect to pay for accommodation in the region. Divya said that there are 2 options one can consider.According to Divya, the first option is to rent a property on a monthly basis. For those looking for an independent house, like Divya and Saurav, leasing could be a more practical option. Additionally, lease rates can range from Rs 50,000 to Rs 2.5 lakh per room per year, depending on the property's location, connectivity, furnishings and construction quality. The payment can either be made every 6 months or once a year.
