First stop: Delhi Airport T1
Delhi Airport broke the news on Instagram with snapshots from the launch, captioned with a cheeky tease: “Fresh . Fiery . First in India - @gordonramsaystreetburger now serving at T1, Delhi Airport!”The move also puts Delhi in elite company. Ramsay’s Street Burger outlets at airports are rare, with just three others worldwide — London Heathrow, Doha, and Hong Kong. India joins that list thanks to a partnership with Travel Food Services (TFS), one of the country’s biggest airport F&B operators.
A glimpse at the menu

Food and travel blogger Kashish shared her review after trying two of the most talked-about burgers. She first sampled the Chef’s Special GFC Burger, a fried chicken patty layered on a crispy hash brown. While the textures impressed, she found the seasoning lacking and chicken undercooked. However, the second burger, Ménage à Trois, won her over completely. Packed with a juicy patty, tangy pickled carrots, smoked cheese, and a satisfying aftertaste, Kashish called it a “flavour bomb” and praised its well-balanced profile.
