Canara HSBC CEO & MD is a B'wood movie buff, says '3 Idiots' is his favourite film

Anuj Mathur, Canara HSBC OBC Life Insurance CEO and MD, is a fan of Amritsari food and traditional Indian attire. In an interview with ET Panache, the top boss opened up about his favourites.

Cuisine
Take me to any authentic Amritsari dhaba. That is where my heart lies. What I love about this cuisine are the multiple spices, and then, each dish is topped with butter. I enjoy Amritsari kulcha and Pindi channa.

Apparel

Traditional Indian dress as the comfort and versatility of ethnic wear can’t be matched. I like dressing up in designer kurta pyjamas at social get togethers.

Fitness regimen
I am fond of playing badminton. I play occasionally to recharge and de-stress from work.

Movie
I am a bollywood movie buff. '3 Idiots' is my favourite, not because of its comedy. It carries a special message. It shows how you can reach your goals.

Travel destination
Switzerland with its lakes and high peaks. Interlaken is one of the best resort towns. The city of Zurich, Meanwhile, holds so much tradition and art.
