Delhi likes to make noise in every segment, including F&B. Mumbai is subdued. Bengaluru is made up of well-travelled and talented youngsters which organically translates into fun, beer and finger food. While Delhi and Mumbai are mature markets, Bengaluru is one of the fastest-evolving markets. The beer drinker here is progressing to tequila shots and cocktails now.

Beer consumption in Bengaluru has increased due to the increase in number of options over the last year. The city’s weather permits afternoon drinking, which has fuelled the brunch trend too.

Bengaluru is a clear winner in the weekend brunch segment. Brunch is an outdoor activity and Bengaluru’s pleasant weather round the year gives full support. The brunch scene takes a seasonal route in Delhi and Mumbai, when the cities hit supportive winter and post-monsoon seasons, respectively.
