Mind
“I have always believed that mental health is more important than wealth. Reading is the best workout for our brains. I like to flex my imagination by putting myself in a character’s shoes. I feel reading has definitely generated a sense of empathy in me. A lesser-known fact about me is that I sing quite often to my wife. Talking about mind hacks, I believe in split second pauses. I like to not depend on the hard-wired tendencies of our brains and take a split-second pause before passing any judgment or reaction. A healthy mind can only reside in a healthy body. Since I love to keep challenging my mind, I need a healthy body to nourish and support my learning pursuits.”

Body
“Not a day goes by when I don’t exercise. I go to the gym four days a week and play tennis or basketball almost daily. I start at the break of dawn. I’m a morning person and it always feels nice to hit the gym after some shut-eye. It helps me get a head start to my day.
Federer
Federer is the perfect example of an icon, both professionally and personally.

Tennis is my favourite sport and I would love to play a game against the G-O-A-T, Roger Federer. He is the perfect example of an icon, both professionally and personally. I also plan out my vacations in such a way that it includes an extreme sport such as bungee jumping, sky-diving or scuba diving. I am eager to try base jumping, although I’m aware it’s extremely dangerous. When it comes to diet and nutrition, I believe in having a balanced meal. Vegetables, fruits, juices, all are a part of my meals but I don’t follow a strict diet chart. I also treat myself to Thai food every once in a while.”

Soul

“In a fast-paced lifestyle, it is important to take out time for ourselves and connect with our inner thoughts, our core purpose of being. Being active keeps my soul calm. I get restless and bored easily when I’m idle. I strive to learn something new every day. It gives me a sense of fulfilment and achievement.”
