Your festive beauty regime: Bath salts with an essence of moisturising oil
Pre-festive season skin and hair care is a must. With so much of running around, preparations, celebrations, it's only normal to get drained out. Not just physically but also mentally.

But, it's important to take some time off to de-stress, and make the most of the festivities.

Soulflower's Amit Sarda shares some easy tips to pamper yourself:

Bath salts with an essence of moisturising oil

- Pour 2 cups of any Bath Salt (preferably Himalayan pink bath salt) in a bucket of lukewarm water.
- Allow the bath salt to blend in well. Add Tea Tree essential oil for a rejuvenating bath experience.

Sometimes a soothing bath can be the answer to all your problems. And this will definitely be one of those times. A relaxing episode will soothe your body and mind and also bring you internal peace.

Skincare
Our skin is quite sensitive and needs special attention and constant protection. It is important to take good care of your skin as it is difficult for any product to undo the damage caused. Precaution is always better than cure.

Apply a generous amount of castor oil on your skin, if you're going to come in contact with colours. Naturally rich in anti-oxidants, castor oil is the perfect skincare product and works as a deep conditioner to heal your skin. The high concentrated fatty acids penetrate the skin easily, helping it stay hydrated.

Olive oil is the answer to all your hair problems. Olive carrier oil acts as a deep conditioner for the scalp and hair. It gives your hair the shine you need and has the ability to equally nourish and moisturise it.

Don't let the fear of damaged skin and hair, stop you from enjoying this beautiful festive season.
