The Finance Minister on Friday won hearts across the country for presenting a humble image of Indian hospitality as she looked after delegates during the lunch break.
A picture shared by the official Instagram handle of Sitharaman, managed by her office, shows the 63-year-old economist attending to guests by going over each table during the lunch break.
Sitharaman interacted with the delegates who are here in Bengaluru to attend the meeting.
In the pictures, we can see Sitharaman standing next to tables, interacting with delegates served with Indian thalis (plate) full of different delicacies.

With over 35K likes, the post is flooded with proud Indians applauding the finance minister's humble hospitality and proving the Sanskrit phrase "Atithi Devo Bhava" (A guest is akin to god) true.
