Armaan Ebrahim's first race in Malaysia put him in the fast lane
The 30-year-old racer has fond memories of his first trip abroad.

“My first race happened to be a solo trip. I was 13 and went to Malaysia for a go-karting race. I had never been abroad before to race professionally. It was quite an experience,” he said.
Ebrahim was speaking to ETPanache on the sidelines of an event in Mumbai. Dressed in a white shirt and black trousers, the racer cut a smart figure. Elaborating further on his maiden voyage, he said it was a “great learning experience”.
“I also ended up with a great result and came back smiling. I couldn’t wait to get back. That was the time when I knew what I wanted to do really,” he added.
