Here are the key updates that feature in Apple's new iOS 15.5. Take a look:
Feature For Podcasts:
With this new update, the podcasts app will include a setting that will allow its users to limit the number of episodes stored on their device. This feature will automatically delete the previous episodes, so that the app doesn't take up too much of storage space on Apple devices.
Apple Pay Cash:
The Wallet app will now enable Apple Cash customers to send or request money by using their Apple Cash card. There will be 'Request' and 'Send' buttons on the app to make it easier for users to manage their money directly through the Wallet app.
Home App:
After updating your iPhone to iOS 15.5, you will see a new WiFi signal bars that will let you make sure that the HomePod has a connection in the Home app.
The home app will also now prompt users about important notification alerts that require your immediate attention, even if the iPhone is on silent or DND mode.
The latest iOS update, the 15.5, is available on your Settings option, in the General tab. To download and install the app, tap on Software Update. The size of the update is 673MB.
Make sure your device has an active Internet connection in order to install the new update by Apple.
