Virushka nuptials alert! Anushka Sharma, along with parents, spotted at Mumbai T2

Rumours about actress Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli's wedding have been a rage since the news about an Italian wedding for the couple started doing the rounds on Wednesday evening. The power couple is reportedly set to tie the knot in Milan on Dec 12, with the functions starting from December 9.

Sharma's spokesperson was quick to deny the rumours, saying , "There is absolutely no truth to it (rumours of marriage)."

Things have taken a new turn now, after the actress was spotted at the Mumbai International Airport, with her whole family in tow.


According to reports, Sharma, with her father Ajay Kumar Sharma, mother Ashima and brother Karnesh, are headed to Zurich from where they will jet off to Milan for the nuptials.

Meanwhile, the Indian cricket captain, too, has reportedly left for Italy from Delhi.

The buzz suggests that while the wedding will be an intimate affair, a high-profile reception in Mumbai is being organised later this month.

While the complete guest list is not yet known, Kohli's childhood coach Rajkumar Sharma may be joining the wedding party. He had recently excused himself from a crucial CK Nayadu U-23 semi-final game between Delhi and Tamil Nadu on December 8, saying he had to attend his 'nephews' wedding, according to a report.

Speculations are rife that the actress will opt for a Sabyasachi ensemble for the big day, as she was seen leaving the designer's house a week ago.

Reports of international cricket venue Adelaide Oval inviting the couple to get married at the ground in Australia have also been doing the rounds.
