Anand Mahindra wants to give Neeraj Chopra & Arshad Nadeem gold medals for showing true sportsmanship
Pakistan's Arshad Nadeem won a gold medal in javelin throw at CWG 2022.

India and Pakistan share history, culture, languages and are greatly impassioned when it comes to sporting events. Every cricket match between the two nations has been a spectacular show of sportsmanship and camaraderie between cricketers. It's all in the spirit of sports!
Industrialist Anand Mahindra took to his Twitter account to commend this spirit of competition that goes beyond negativity and enmity. The 67-year-old shared a screenshot of Tokyo Olympic gold medalist Neeraj Chopra’s appreciation of Pakistani javelin thrower Arshad Nadeem.
In his tweet, Mahindra said that this is how the world should be. He went on to say that both Neeraj Chopra and Arshad Nadeem should be given a gold medal for demonstrating the distinction between competitiveness and enmity.
“This is how the world should be… A Gold medal to both of them for demonstrating the difference between competitiveness and enmity,” read Mahindra’s tweet.
