Anand Mahindra is all about new chances, offers job to a differently-abled man at an EV plant
Birju Ram had managed to impress the Mahindra boss with his approach towards life.

From gifting cars to athletes to giving scholarships to aspiring engineers to fulfil their dreams, the Mahindra Group Chairman has always gone out of his way to make a difference in the society.
This time, he has done it again.
The 66-year-old business tycoon revealed on Wednesday that Mahindra Logistics employed Birju Ram, a differently-abled person, at one of Mahindra Logistics's electric vehicle-charging yards in Delhi.
Earlier, Ram had managed to impress Mahindra with his amazing approach towards life despite his disabilities.
Mahindra further added that people had shared various follow-up videos and negative revelations about Ram on YouTube, but he said that he believes 'everyone deserves a break'.
The auto boss also thanked Mahindra Logistics MD & CEO Rampraveen Swaminathan for making his employement possible.

— anand mahindra (@anandmahindra) 1643792127000Last year in December, the billionaire came across a one-minute-seven-second-long video of Ram driving a hand-made vehicle which was made by combining an engine of a scooter, headlight of a motorcycle and a vegetable cart.
"... I’m awestruck by this gentleman who’s not just faced with his disabilities but is grateful for what he has," he wrote.
Mahindra later directed Swaminathan to make Ram a Business Associate of Mahindra Logistics for last mile delivery.
Earlier, the M&M boss upgraded a Maharashtra blacksmith's hand-made car with a brand new Bolero. He then took charge of his creation and displayed it at M&M's research facility, Mahindra Research Valley, in Chennai.
