An Olympian meetup! When Punit Soni took a selfie with Geet Sethi, Viswanathan Anand & Viren Rasquinha

It’s been more than a year since he quit Flipkart and since then, former Googler Punit Soni has been busy with his new venture in the San Fransisco Bay Area. However, when you get a chance to meet some of India’s top “non cricket” sports persons over coffee, it’s not an opportunity to be missed.

On a social media platform, Soni put up a selfie with Geet Sethi, Viswanathan Anand and Viren Rasquinha. The trio, who are part of the Olympic Gold Quest, were in the Bay Area recently. “Fascinating endeavor and a fascinating group of champions all working hard to make things better for the other athletes. With folks like them around, we should expect Indian sports to go from strength to strength. The best thing about the meeting was their humility. Reminded me that the best are always the most down to earth and humble. It’s a lesson for all of us,” Soni wrote.
