Alto’s Odyssey is the successor to the 2015 smash hit Alto’s Adventure.

Like its predecessor, Odyssey is a side-scrolling game, but this time, the titular character Alto is snowboarding through a desert.

Game play remains the same: as you move through the levels, you have to complete certain tasks: travel a particular distance, jump over rocks, avoid animals and so on.

It's also frustration-free because you can choose to skip a task if you are unable to complete it after multiple tries.

Once you get to grips with it, you can perform various tricks to increase speed, gain a shield against rocks and earn extra points.

We were impressed by the graphics that shift beautifully from day to night and the weather conditions (rain, lightning, dust tornados).

There are over 180 levels to play for free.
