These winter cocktails recipes are easy to make and a perfect addition to this season.


DIRTY CHAI EGGNOG

Ingredients:
Bourbon: 30ml
Baileys: 30ml

Whole Spices: Cinnamon, Clove, cardamom and few black peppers (3 piece each)
Earl Grey Tea: 60ml
Sweet cream foam to top up

Method (shaken):
- Take cocktail shaker. Put whiskey, Baileys and all spices and muddled
- Add room temperature Earl grey tea

- Give a hard shake and double strain in Martini Coupe Glass
- Add maple syrup or honey for sweetness
- Top up with sweet cream
- Garnish with cinnamon powder and star anise

- Give dry shake to the egg whites, and pour into the glass (optional)

HOT BUTTERED BOURBON

Ingredients:
Unsalted butter: 2 tea spoon
Demerara sugar: 1 tea spoon
Bourbon Whiskey: 60 ml
Hot water: 60 ml

Method (stir):
- Prepare hot water by boiling star anise, black pepper and cinnamon
- Mix unsalted butter and demerara sugar with hot water
- Stir it well. Add Bourbon whiskey
- Star anise and cinnamon stick to be used as garnish
- Can also garnish with honey dipped cinnamon stick

Method

- Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and mix for 10 seconds
