A lot can happen over a cuppa: How Jack Dorsey stopped Google from poaching a former Twitter intern
The Twitter CEO invited the intern out for coffee to convince him to stay.

According to Tayo Olukoya, a senior software engineer at the microblogging platform and a UC Berkeley alumnus, when Dorsey found out that he was considering a job at Google instead of returning to Twitter, the CEO invited him out for coffee to personally try to convince him to stay. “Yes, the CEO of 2 big companies took the time to come convince a New Grad to join,” he recalled.
