80 per cent Indians swear by fitness apps to track exercise schedules
According to the survey, Indian women have been able to achieve their exercise goals more as compared to men.

1. Younger people are less drawn to yoga and instead run, cycle or take part in sports. The older age groups are not only more inclined to yoga, they actually exercise with a much higher frequency.
2. People with a higher monthly household income (Rs 45,000 or more) consult online virtual market places. People who earn more that Rs 75,000 per month consult a personal trainer significantly more.
3. Women have been able to achieve their exercise goals more as compared to men.
4. Traditional exercises like walking, jogging and yoga are more popular than fitness activities like zumba. In fact, 50 per cent of people do not have a membership at a fitness centre.
