Cognac: 2.5 parts
Averna: ½ part
Simple syrup: ½ part
Angostura Bitters: 2 dashes
Orange Marmalade: 1 tbsp
Fresh lemon juice: ¾ part

- Add all the liquids into a shaker with ice
- Shake until chilled

Sour mix: 20 ml
