Orange: 1/4th slice

Pineapple: 1 slice
Orange juice: 20 ml
Pineapple juice: 20 ml
Lemon juice: 2 ml

- Muddle the orange and pineapple slices
- Add remaining ingredients and shake well
- Strain into a Champagne Tulip
