Summer placements at FMS Delhi see 88 recruiters making offers to 210 students
MUMBAI: FMS Delhi has wrapped up its summer placements with 88 companies, including 35 new names, making offers to 210 students participating in the process.

Close to one-fourth of the batch opted for consulting/general management/strategy roles. TATA Administrative Services (TAS) made 8 offers, while others like Mahindra and Mahindra (group management cadre programme) and Airtel (general management) made their presence felt. Other companies in the general management domain included RIL, Hinduja Group and Singhania Group.

In the consulting space, Accenture Management Consulting, Deloitte, Capgemini Management Consulting, Synergy Consulting, KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers amongst others made offers to FMS students.

Finance profiles across various roles captured around 25% of the batch. Recruiters included American Express, Axis Bank, Aviva, Bank of America, Citibank, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, TVS Capital Funds, Magma Fincorp, Microgram, Avendus Capital, Avigo Capital and Helion Ventures.

Close to 38% of the batch opted for sales and marketing. Adobe, Akzo Nobel, Asian Paints, Boston Scientific, Coca Cola, GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages, HUL, ITC, Johnson & Johnson, L'Oreal, Mars International, Microsoft, Michelin and Nestle were among those on campus with Vodafone emerging the highest recruiter in this domain.
