Seven out of 10 millennial (born between 1980-1995) employees say their work demands interfere with their personal lives, according to a study by PwC. The global accounting firm conducted the survey after it realised that the youngest generation of employees was leaving in large numbers as the lure of career progression did not interest them. These employees had PwC as their fi rst employer. The company cannot ignore the group because by 2016, almost 80% of PwC’s workforce will be millennials.
