IIM Trichy placements: top salary goes up by 22.1%, average salary by 14.9%

MUMBAI: IIM Trichy has completed its final placements with a 22.1% increase in highest salary to Rs 23.81 lakh and a 14.9% increase in average salary to Rs 13.01 lakh.

Around 90 companies participated in the process making 102 offers for a batch of 102 students. The students also secured 21 PPIs/PPOs across verticals. International offers also came from the APAC region.

Recruiters included the likes of BPCL, Capita, Cognizant Business Consulting, Dabur, Deloitte, Frost & Sullivan, HCL, HDFC Life, ICICI Bank, ICICI Prudential, Idea Cellular, KPMG, Mahindra, Ramco, RBS, Saint Gobain, SAP, SBI, SBI Mutual Funds, Societe Generale, Sulekha, TAFE, TVS Motors, Vodafone and Yes Bank.

Diverse roles were offered including executive assistant to CEO, business analyst to MD, as well as roles such as Strategy and Operations Consultant, Data Scientist, Product Manager, Functional Consultant, BA-ERP Consultant, Sr. Business Analyst, Sales & Marketing Trainee, etc. across the domains of BFSI, E-commerce, Consulting & Analytics, Manufacturing, Telecom, FMCG & Consumer Durables, Health Care, IT/ITES among others.
