Employee experience and people analytics company inFeedo helps CHROs and their teams uncover the reality behind their work culture and build people-first strategies. Its SaaS platform Amber uses contextual and conversational AI to help HR leaders control attrition by understanding how employees really feel and uncover the real sentiment and gaps, especially for top talent.
Employees today are demanding more from their employers, leading HR leaders to reimagine employee engagement and retention strategies.
“We are seeing five kinds of attrition - top talent attrition, infant attrition (0 - 6 months tenure), niche talent attrition - especially in engineering, tenured attrition, and remote employee attrition,” said Tanmaya Jain, founder and CEO, inFeedo.
“Even before the Great Resignation buzzword surfaced in May 2021, Amber had already seen an uptick in at-risk employees by 112%, suggesting that these folks are at a greater risk of leaving. Such deep insights helped our customers understand the hidden gaps better, and take proactive steps to control attrition through the Great Resignation and beyond,” he added.
According to BCG, in 2021, more than $12 billion in venture capital was poured into the HR technology market, with the rate of investment more than tripling from 2020 to 2021.
inFeedo is looking at aggressive growth plans to capture this market opportunity.
“In our last fundraise, the plan was to grow 6x in 2.5 years in revenue, and we are on track to achieve this. We are seeing our customer list grow exponentially," Jain told ET.
