Aircel ropes in DDB Mudra as creative partner

The win comes after a multi-agency pitch that had the likes of the BBDO, FCB Ulka and incumbent agency McCann Worldgroup in the fray.

MUMBAI: Aircel, which is one of the two providers of 4G services to consumers in India, has frozen on DDB Mudra as its newest creative partner.

The development has been confirmed by the agency’s group CEO and MD Madhukar Kamath. The win comes after a multi-agency pitch that had the likes of the BBDO, FCB Ulka and incumbent agency McCann Worldgroup in the fray. “We are excited to partner Aircel and look forward to providing them with integrated business solutions.

This is a proud moment for DDB Mudra as a whole – our robust team in the north, supported by our creative and strategic teams from across other offices. Of course, having telecom experience across global markets helped immensely, as well,” a DDB Mudra spokesperson said.
