Flipkart extends consumer connect campaign in Uttar Pradesh

LUCKNOW: Flipkart today announced extension of its customer-centric campaign 'FlipkartConnect' in Uttar Pradesh to educate and enable consumers to understand benefits of online shopping.

"Our customer base across UP, especially Lucknow, has grown phenomenally in the last one year. Consumers from this region are enjoying online shopping. With this insight, we have rolled out FlipkartConnect campaign in this region and we hope to double our customers soon," Flipkart's Vice President (Business Development) Adarsh Menon told reporters.

He said home apparel and small home appliances were on the top of the list of shopping in this region, adding that soon new categories, including national and international brands, will be available on the site.
