Mahindra Lifespaces Developers appoints Sudharshan KR as Chief Projects Officer

MUMBAI: Mahindra Lifespace Developers, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of Mahindra Group, has strengthened its executive team by appointing Sudharshan KR as its Chief Projects Officer.

He will oversee the construction of all Mahindra Lifespaces projects across India and will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives across the project construction lifecycle to improve execution efficiency and strengthen business performance, the company said in a release.

“Sudharshan’s deep experience across all aspects of construction operations will be invaluable to Mahindra Lifespaces as we expand our launch pipeline and pursue our mission to deliver intuitively designed, high quality homes that meet evolving consumer needs,” said Arvind Subramanian, Managing Director & CEO, Mahindra Lifespaces.


Sudharshan has over 21 years’ experience in the construction of residential and commercial projects. He has extensive exposure across a gamut of areas including end-to-end Project Management, Vendor Development Management, Client Relationship, Planning & Scheduling and Resource Optimization.
