Mahindra Lifespace acquires 10.3-acre land parcel in Maharashtra's Kalyan

The company is planning to develop a residential project on the land parcel and expects the plot to offer around 7 lakh sq ft of carpet area through this development.

Mahindra Lifespace Developers, real estate development arm of the Mahindra Group, has entered into an agreement to acquire a 10.3-acre land parcel in Kalyan near Mumbai.

The company is planning to develop a residential project on the land parcel and expects the plot to offer around 7 lakh sq ft of carpet area through this development.

This is Mahindra Lifespaces’ second residential development in Kalyan.


“Our latest land acquisition in Kalyan is aligned to our strategy of strengthening our presence in high-performing markets. We look forward to delivering our next outstanding project in Kalyan,” said Arvind Subramanian, Managing Director & CEO, Mahindra Lifespace Developers.

The land parcel is located on the Mumbai-Nashik Highway and near the proposed Rajnouli metro station on the upcoming Thane-Bhiwandi-Kalyan metro route.
