Central to this push is its partnership with micro-drama platform Story TV, where select titles are being adapted into vertical, short-duration episodes for mobile-first audiences. The move aligns the company with the rapidly expanding short-form content ecosystem.
Zee has also secured a Multi-Channel Network licence and onboarded over 350 channels into its syndication network, enabling scaled distribution and monetisation across digital platforms.
In parallel, the company has entered the audio space by monetising remake rights for legacy IP such as Zee Horror Show, with more titles being developed into audio-first formats amid rising demand for familiar television properties in new formats.
Internationally, the syndication vertical is expanding through foreign-language dubbing and regional partnerships across Europe, Africa and Latin America. The company is also monetising non-exclusive digital rights for library films and adapting select shows into vertical formats to widen reach.
“Syndication has become a powerful growth lever by enabling our content to travel further, adapt faster and monetise smarter,” said Vinod Johri, Business Head – Syndication, Zee Entertainment Enterprises. “With our MCN network, global partnerships and focus on vertical video and audio adaptations, we are building a future-ready engine that unlocks sustained value from our library.”
