TAM Media Research launches AI tool CRISP to gauge consumer sentiments

The tool, known as Consumer Reviews & Influencer Sentiments for Brand Performance (CRISP) will provide actual data insights, and analytics of the user sentiments. This proprietary technology deep dives and provides Insights via tracking reviews, opinions, and messages, said TAM in a statement.
TAM has partnered with market research company, Revuze. The AI-based dashboard will be available to the users from October. Revise is an Iserali market research start up backed by global investors like SAP.io, Nielsen, Prytek and Maverik Iseral.
"CRISP will help build the much-needed superior analytical prowess within the marketers business and help analyse product usage, identify areas of product/service improvement based on feedbacks so as to take quick-footed decisions," L V Krishnan, chief executive officer, TAM Media Research said.
