Omnicom Media has emerged as the world's largest media management network by billings following the integration of Omnicom Media Group and IPG Mediabrands, according to the COMvergence Final 2025 Global & Regional Billings Rankings.

The combined entity reported global billings of $75.6 billion at the end of 2025, accounting for 31% of the billings managed by the world's major media groups. According to the report, Omnicom Media was ahead of WPP by $11.8 billion and Publicis by $13.2 billion.

The rankings provide the first official assessment of the combined media business following Omnicom's acquisition of IPG, which closed in November 2025.

The report also ranked Omnicom Media as the largest media management group in North America, with billings of $35.9 billion, and in the US with $33.1 billion. In Latin America, it topped the rankings with $2.3 billion in billings.

The company attributed its position to the integration of the two media businesses as well as major account wins that became effective in 2025, including Amazon, Paramount and Volvo. In India, it cited Tata Motors, Marico and OpenAI among its notable client wins.

"The significance of these rankings isn't simply that we're the largest—it's what that scale enables," Florian Adamski, CEO of Omnicom Media, said, adding that the combined business would benefit clients through greater access to data, technology partnerships and investment in innovation.
