Founder and CEO Saurabh Pandey unveiled Dolphin AI at FICCI FRAMES 2026. The platform was developed initially to address Eloelo’s own high-volume video production requirements and is now being offered to external users.
Through Story TV, Eloelo has produced more than 5,000 original dramas, while its teams test more than 100,000 creatives every month. The company said that scale created a need to make production faster, more iterative and more intelligent.

“Dolphin came from solving our own production problems at that scale. We built proprietary workflows to make storytelling faster, more iterative, and more ambitious, and today we are opening that technology for the world,” Pandey said.
Dolphin’s key proposition is maintaining continuity across multiple shots. Its multi-shot planning and continuity systems are designed to preserve characters, voices, wardrobes, props, locations and visual language across a production, rather than treating each shot as a separate generation.

Its agentic production layer interprets creative intent, breaks longer videos into shots and production tasks, and coordinates generation while maintaining context. Users can create through natural-language prompts in Chat, use guided Templates or exercise shot-level control through Playground, with editing and enhancement tools integrated into the same environment.
Dolphin’s Film Studio converts a script into a structured multi-shot production. It analyses the premise, tone, chronology and character arcs, identifies characters, locations and props, and creates reusable visual, voice and wardrobe assets that creators can review and lock.
Eloelo is positioning Dolphin as a creative layer that can work across AI models rather than being tied to a single model.
“Generative AI is moving faster than any product that can be designed around a single model,” said Sagar Gaonkar, CTO, Eloelo Group. “We don’t think the future of creative software is about choosing a winner among models. It is about building a layer that can understand the creator’s intent, decompose the work, use the right models for each part, and preserve continuity as those parts come back together.”
Dolphin also supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), allowing compatible AI clients including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Cursor to access its image, video and voice capabilities within existing agentic workflows.
Pandey said the platform could help expand India’s role in global content creation by lowering the cost and complexity of video production.
“AI is going to lead to a world of infinite content. With Dolphin AI, we hope India becomes the hub for the Orange Economy and moves from being one of the world’s largest consumers of content to one of the largest exporters of content,” he said.
Eloelo said Dolphin is aimed at professional and individual creators and teams working across advertising, product videos, microdramas, podcasts, cinematic films, user-generated content, AI avatars, animation and stylised motion. The company said India’s storytelling ecosystem and linguistic diversity could help creators produce content for audiences across languages and markets.
