The two brands, which reported combined revenue of Rs 148 crore in FY26, sell products including air fresheners, drain cleaners, deodorants, perfumes and talcum powder. The deal is Wipro Consumer Care’s 17th acquisition.
“Good Home and Eva are well-established brands with a strong legacy and enduring consumer trust,” Kumar Chander, chief executive officer of Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting and managing director of Wipro Enterprises, said. “This acquisition… strengthens our home care and personal care portfolio while expanding our presence in categories that continue to see strong consumer relevance and long-term growth.”
The deal adds products across home cleaning, air care and fragrances, categories benefiting from rising hygiene awareness and premiumisation. Wipro said it will retain the brands while investing in wider distribution, innovation and marketing.
TTK Healthcare Executive Chairman TT Raghunathan said Wipro’s FMCG capabilities and track record of nurturing acquired brands would help take Good Home and Eva to the next stage of growth.
