GMR allots Rs 100-crore NCDs to ICICI Bank

GMR Infrastructure today said its Board has allotted 1,000 secured non-convertible debentures (NCDs) to ICICI Bank aggregating to Rs 100 crore.

NEW DELHI: GMR Infrastructure today said its Board has allotted 1,000 secured non-convertible debentures ( NCDs) to ICICI Bank aggregating to Rs 100 crore.

"...the debenture allotment committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 1,000 secured non-convertible debentures of face value of Rs 10 lakh each, aggregating to Rs 100 crore to ICICI Bank on June 19," GMR said in a BSE filing.

NCDs offer stable returns though attach less risk and provide the allottee the flexibility of choosing between short and long tenures.

GMR Infrastructure's stocks today closed at Rs 22.30 per share at the BSE, down 0.22 per cent over previous closing.
