Ratan P Watal designated as new Finance Secretary
Expenditure Secretary Ratan P Watal has been designated as the new Finance Secretary. Mr Watal succeeds Mr Rajiv Mehrishi, who was Finance Secretary and Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs, who has been appointed as the new Home Secretary.
