Zee Ent moves NCLT after Sony terminates merger deal
Indian broadcasting company Zee Entertainment has moved the National Company Law Tribunal against Culver Max Entertainment (formerly known as Sony Pictures Networks India) calling for the Japan-based company to reverse the termination of the merger scheme and terming the $90 million fee 'legally untenable'.
