Monsoon arrives in Kerala: Met dept
Even as fears of below normal rains loom, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) announced the arrival of monsoon in Kerala. ‘Southwest Monsoon has set in over Kerala on June 5 against the normal date of June 1,’ IMD said.
