Gujarat among top states on ease of doing biz: DIPP report

There is a Gujarat model worth implementing to make it easier and attractive to do business in India, if one were to go by the findings of consulting firm Accenture that has published a report, conducted for the centre’s Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP), on best practices worth emulating from five Indian states.
