Govt fully prepared to tackle poor monsoon: Agri Min

India will be fully prepared to tackle the effects of a poor monsoon, Agriculture Minister Radha Mohan Singh said in an interview on the day the weather office lowered its forecast for the June-September rainy season to 88 per cent from 93 per cent. The ministry will ensure that farmers are given adequate support and production doesn't drop.
