Delhi polls: BJP unveils 270-point vision document

The vision document comes just 4 days before the state goes to polls, and promises 100% transparency, unimpeachable integrity, police accountability, maximum measurability, fiscal prudence, zero tolerance to corruption, focus on youth affairs, electricity and water, cleanliness, education and skill development and environment among other things.
