Cyrus Mistry moves NCLAT, challenges NCLT orders

After the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) refused to grant a waiver to Cyrus Mistry’s family firms on the minimum shareholding requirement to petition against Tata Sons, the former Tata Sons chairman moved the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) challenging the NCLT's order.
